Palmer Capital, the CEE-focused property investor, has announced two new senior appointments at its Prague regional headquarters.
Zbynek Laube joins as head of asset and development management for Central and Eastern Europe. His responsibilities include overseeing the management of 350,000 m2 of offices, residential property and mixed-use space in the Czech and Slovak Republics, Bulgaria, Romania and Russia.
Laube was previously head of development at Panattoni and prior to that commercial manager at UK developer Segro.
Jaroslav Sedivka has been appointed Palmer Capital’s banking and finance director for Central and Eastern Europe. He will be responsible for managing financial relationships connected with existing property portfolios in the Czech and Slovak Republics, and will be involved with the financing of new Central European property funds planned by Palmer Capital.
Sedivka worked for Czech bank Ceska Sporitelna and then spent 10 years at Aareal Bank in Prague, where he was general manager for the Czech and Slovak Republics and Romania since 2008.
Palmer Capital now employs 32 property, equity fund and asset management specialists in its offices in the Czech and Slovak Republics, the Netherlands, Germany, Bulgaria, Romania and Russia.
