Palm Capital is reportedly looking for a buyer for the Palm Logistics Madrid-Gavilanes facility near Madrid.
According to Spanish press reports, the asset has been put up for sale by its owner with a price tag of €250 mln.
The facility provides 115,000 m2 of logistics accommodation and is one of the largest logistics centres in Spain. Its occupiers include Amazon, Decathlon and Mercadona,
It is the second major logistics property sale currently ongoing in Spain. Also in the Madrid area, Logicor has mandated JLL and Knight Frank to sell 300,000 m2 of logistics space in Madrid and Guadalajara. The owner is seeking a price of €300 mln for the assets.
