London-listed property investment firm Palace Capital has appointed Abigail Rowton as an asset manager.
Rowton, who joins the firm from Aberdeen Standard Investments where she was associate asset manager, will report to executive property director Richard Starr.
Starr said: 'Abigail’s addition to the team further enhances our asset management capabilities as we continue to deploy our expertise on behalf of our shareholders to grow income and capital values.

Rowton started her career as a graduate surveyor at GVA, moving to Lothbury Investment Management in 2012, where she was assistant fund manager, before joining Strutt & Parker as an associate in the property wealth management division.
