P3 Logistic Parks, one of the largest owners and developers of logisics in Europe, has hired a former Mileway ESG manager to become its new head of ESG.
Nichole Chan will be responsible for rolling out P3’s ESG strategy across Europe. She will report to Thilo Kusch, who was appointed as CFO in February this year.
Prior to Mileway, she held dual roles at consultant Arcadis, leading the sustainability and ESG client-facing practice and overseeing the New York environmental permitting work.
Chan said: 'As logistics is a key industry of modern society, making it greener is essential for a more sustainable world.'
P3 Logistic Parks has around 7.1 mln m2 of assets in 11 countries.
