Pan-European logistics real estate owner P3 has appointed Jürgen Diehl as managing director of its German business.
Diehl will oversee P3’s growing presence in Germany, where it already operates eight logistics properties totalling 288,000 m2. With over 20 clients, P3’s German estate is almost fully occupied and the company is looking to grow its portfolio further. Diehl will also be part of the team working on P3’s expansion across Western Europe.
Diehl joins from Prologis where he had been vice-president of regional project management in northern Europe since 2007. Prior to Prologis, he held senior positions at Corpus Sireo and Hochtief Construction.
P3 CEO Ian Worboys said: 'With his background and experience, he will be a real asset to the business not only as the lead on establishing P3 as a key player in the German market but also to take our expansion plans in Western Europe to the next level. We already have properties in Italy and France and we have ambitious plans to grow the business in these countries as well as other parts of Western Europe.'
