European warehouse developer-investor P3 has appointed Sönke Kewitz as managing director of its business in Germany.
Kewitz joins from Panattoni where he served as managing partner. He will work with P3's German team to manage the planned growth of the company's portfolio in the country.
Prior to working with Panattoni, Kewitz also held top managerial positions at Ixocon and Garbe Logistic.
Over the next three years, P3 intends to more than double the size of its portfolio in Germany, which currently comprises 320,000 m2. The portfolio is expected to grow by up to 450,000 m2 by 2021.
