P3 leases 95,000m[sup]2[/sup] of warehouse space in Q1

PointPark Properties (P3) leased out more than 95,000 m² of warehouse space in the first quarter of 2012 in Germany, the Netherlands and Spain.

In Germany, P3 signed a two-year lease extension with NEX, the existing tenant at Bedburg Park. NEX is leasing the entire warehouse, amounting to 33,364 m². P3 secured another lease with Panopa, which took 1,125 m² at P3's Delta Forum Park.

The existing clients at Hallbergmoos Park, Barth Spedition (4,689 m2) and Emons Logistics (1,899 m2), extended their leases by three and two years respectively and DocData entered the park as a new tenant, leasing 1,842 m² of warehouse space.

In the Netherlands, P3 leased 2,755 m² of warehouse space at the Westpoint Park to a new client, Teva Pharma.

In Spain, P3 secured a new lease with ND Logistics for 9,906 m² of warehouse space. The company also occupies 12,235 m² at the Fontanar Park.
