European logistics property specialist P3 Logistic Parks has announced the appointment of Adrien Beuriot as its new managing director for France.
In the new position, Beuriot will be responsible for leading the company's operations and driving growth across the French market.
He brings a wealth of experience to his new role, having spent 20 years in the real estate sector, including in asset management, transactions, fund management and M&A. He joins from Aviva Investors Real Estate France, where he held the position of managing director / CEO since January 2019, responsible for developing Aviva Investor’s asset management platform across Continental Europe.
Prior to that, he worked at BNP REIM, Standard Life Investments, AXA Real Estate France, General Electric Real Estate, Société Générale and PwC.

P3 has a portfolio of 9 logistics assets in France, totaling more than 385,000 m2 of logistics space. Additionally, the company currently has two logistics parks in Seclin and Rouen under construction, with a total of 42,000 m2, and is about to start the development of 137,000 m2 in Laon.
