PointPark Properties (P3), the specialist investor, developer and asset manager of warehouse properties, has handed over the keys of a 21,330 m2 warehouse to PF Logo Express in the Polish city of Poznan.

The production and distribution facility at PointPark Poznan was purpose-built to meet the company’s specific requirements. The project almost doubles the space PF Logo Express occupies at the logistics centre, making it P3's largest tenant in Poland.

PF Logo Express, which is part of PF Concept, has occupied a 23,000 m2 facility at PointPark Poznan since 2011. The company will use the expanded facility as its main distribution centre to customers across Europe.

P3 began construction of the 26,740 m2 facility in September 2013. PF Logo Express will occupy most of the building, with 5,415 m2 remaining available for future tenants.

Andrzej Wron´ski, country head for Poland at P3, said: 'We appreciated working with Goldbeck, Bank Pekao - which was financing party for the project - and the PF Concept team.'

PointPark Poznan is located some 10 km from the city of Poznan and has a total space of 194,570 m2 including BTS opportunities for four buildings covering 105,000 m2.
