Pointpark Properties (P3) has promoted CEE asset and property management chief Andrzej Wronski to new country head for Poland.
Wroñski joined P3 in 2008 as head of asset and property management for Poland. In that role he oversaw the management of two of P3's largest logistics parks, PointPark Mszczonow close to Warsaw (total area of 95,857 m2) and PointPark Poznan (63,301 m2).
He took on the role of head of asset and property management CEE in early 2013. Prior to joining P3, Wroñski specialised in the management of warehouses and offices at the Polish operations of real estate development company AIG/Lincoln.
P3 is a pan-European asset manager and developer of warehouse properties. Headquartered in Prague, it has offices in the Czech Republic, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and the UK.
