P3 adds two managers to German team

Logistics property group PointPark Properties (P3) has added Franziska Jegenhorst and Semir Selcukoglu to its team in Frankfurt.

Franziska Jegenhorst joins as Senior Asset Manager of warehouse properties in Germany, Spain, France, the Netherlands and Italy. She is responsible for managing the leasing process, tenant relations and managing service providers.
She previously spent five years at Schroders in acquisition and asset management for a European logistics real estate fund.

Semir Selcukoglu will work as development manager responsible for the development and acquisition of logistics properties in the German speaking countries. In addition to developing modern logistics properties, he is also responsible for acquiring existing buildings. He previously spent seven years as a Senior consultant at Savills, where he worked in the industrial services and investment departments.
