Global real estate platform Oxford Properties Group has strengthened its asset management and finance teams in the UK with three hires.
Deborah Green has been appointed as director of asset management, with responsibility for the business' growing retail portfolio. She was previously an asset manager at British Land.
Hugo Pickford has joined as an analyst from Cushman & Wakefield, while Nick Sissling has been added to the finance team as an analyst having previously worked at Crestbridge.
Oxford Properties Group is a global platform for real estate investment, development and management, with approximately 2,000 employees and close to C$45 bn (€31.6 bn) of real estate assets that it manages for itself and on behalf of its co-owners and investment partners. It has close to C$8 bn of assets under management in Europe. Oxford was acquired in 2001 by OMERS, one of Canada's largest pension funds with over C$77 bn in assets.
