OVG expects to announce plans shortly for new developments in Berlin and a Nordic country. Last year the Rotterdam-based developer won the Green Thinker Encouragement Award for its efforts in the field of sustainability. OVG claims that energy consumption at the redeveloped Triton Haus will be 60% lower than the original building.
