Developer OVG Projectontwikkeling has delivered the 12,000-m[sup]2[/sup] Vancouver office building in Rotterdam for Scottish Widows Investment Partnership's European Balanced Property Fund (SWIP EBPF).
Developer OVG Projectontwikkeling has delivered the 12,000-m2 Vancouver office building in Rotterdam for Scottish Widows Investment Partnership's European Balanced Property Fund (SWIP EBPF).
The property located on Laan op Zuid in the Dutch port city is leased to the municipal public transit company RET.
OBVG was provided with legal and fiscal advice by Loyens & Loeff, Stijl advocaten and BDO. SWIP EDPF was advised by Houthoff Buruma (legal), real consultant CVO Groep and property adviser Jones Lang LaSalle.
The development was partially financed by SWIP's European senior credit facility with Eurohypo in London.
Jones Lang LaSalle and De Mik Bedrijfshuisvesting are jointly responsible for leasing the building. Construction was carried out by Heijmans and the Rotterdam office of JLL is responsible for property management.
