Developer OVG Bischoff has acquired a parcel of land for its second office project in Berlin.
The joint venture between Rotterdam-based office developer OVG Real Estate and German peer Bischoff & Compagnons (B&C) signed an agreement for 3,100 m2 at Mühlenstraße 25 in early March.
The site in the expanding Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg district, along the South-East axis between Alexanderplatz and the future BER airport, is intended for a 15,000 m2 office development.
Coen van Oostrom, CEO and founder of OVG, said: 'The real estate purchase constitutes another milestone in our commitment to Berlin. We will also set new standards in this second project, using our innovative ideas and know-how.'
