Rotterdam-based green office developer OVG Real Estate has announced a major shake-up of its Dutch executive team.
Rotterdam-based green office developer OVG Real Estate has announced a major shake-up of its Dutch executive team.
The changes see Jeppe de Boer installed as the new executive chairman of OVG Nederland. De Boer replaces OVG company founder and CEO Coen van Oostrom, who will now concentrate on the strategic development of the company internationally.
De Boer previously served as chief investment officer at the company and will assume his new responsibilities immediately.
In addition to de Boer, the OVG Nederland management team now comprises Alex Kompier (financial director), Mark Hesselink (commercial director) and Thomas Ummels (real estate development project director).
OVG operates in Germany under the name OVG Bischoff and the company is currently looking at opportunities outside Germany and the Netherlands.
