The projects will consist of 133 residential and tourist units, five shops and 33,000 m2 of construction.

Four of them are in Lisbon, of which two are urban rehabilitation and the other two new construction.

The first to kick off will be the Yacht Club development in Alcântara with 40 units, while the other three will be located in Rua Braamcamp (19 units); Alfama (17 units)  and in the area surrounding Avenida da Liberdade (17 units).

However, the project located in Herdade do Silêncio in Comporta (27 units) will see the highest investment, amounting to €80 mln.

Overseas is also in negotiations for the development of branded residences in Lisbon aimed at the luxury segment, with more details to be announced in H1 2023.

One of the key elements of all Overseas’ projects will be sustainability and the achievement of ESG criteria.

The plan is to develop, in partnership with a company from the energy sector, real estate products of reference in terms of energy efficiency.

Overseas aims to deliver Nearly Zero-Energy Buildings (NZEB) that incorporate cutting-edge energy solutions, sustainable mobility (in the field of electricity and hydrogen), and water saving solutions.

The Lisbon-based developer has named Pedro Vicente as its first CEO, who joins from Habitat Invest where he was a director and has 19 years of experience in the real estate sector.
