PropertyEU brings a panel of European real estate professionals together in London on the morning of Wednesday 20 November for the first in a series of special Outlook 2014 Investment Briefings.
PropertyEU's Outlook series assembles leading market players from across Europe to share their expert view on the outlook both for UK and European real estate markets.
The topics during the morning Outlook 2014 briefings in London, Paris and Frankfurt will include the impact of the expected wave of Asian capital, which cities and sectors are likely to benefit and who will be the winners & losers in the low-growth economic environment. The panels will also discuss the outlook for financing, investment and development and try to pinpoint which countries and sectors are candidates to out-perform.
Colliers International will host the first event on 20 November at its offices located at 50 George Street in the UK capital. The panel will examine investment strategies, market trends, risks and opportunities for 2014 and beyond.

The keynote presentation at the first event will be given by Dr Walter Boettcher, research director & economist, UK & EMEA Research of Colliers International, UK.

The Outlook 2014 series continues with a European investment Briefings in Paris on 26 November and a European Investment Briefing in Frankfurt on 27 November.
The series concludes with a Middle East Investment Briefing in London on 5 December.
