European logistics park developer P3 Logistics Park has announced that CIO Otis Spencer will take on an expanded role.
He will have full responsibility for developments in addition to investments and divestments, thus overseeing all capital deployment activities.
P3’s managing director for Poland, Bartlomiej Hofman, will take on an additional role within the organization as group development director.
He will support Spencer and the development teams in the countries with their major development projects.
As part of further management changes, David Marquina steps down from his role as CDO at P3.
Frank Pörschke, CEO of P3 Logistic Parks, commented: ‘P3 has ambitious growth targets which include an increased development volume. It is natural to concentrate all capital deployment activities in the experienced hands of Otis Spencer. Whereas development activities by nature are very local and we rely on our country managers and their teams, Bartlomiej Hofman will support them based on his successful track record with developments in Poland.’
