International legal practice Osborne Clarke is strengthening its team in Sweden and the Nordic regions with the appointment of real estate specialist Linn Solholm, who will launch its Built Environment Sector Team.
Solholm joins as a partner from Sweden's largest law firm, Mannheimer Swartling, where she spent nearly eight years in the firm's real estate practice group.
A specialist in commercial real estate transactions, she regularly advises on large and complex projects, direct real estate transactions, corporate transactions, real estate joint ventures and property formation.
She also brings a wealth of experience advising on commercial tenancy and other usufruct, contract negotiations, matters with construction issues, as well as project, development, structural and corporate issues. Her clients regularly include real estate companies, listed companies, funds, municipalities and state-owned companies, among others.
