The Best Developer Award competition was organised by CEPIF & International Herald Tribune during the Central Europe Property & Investment Fair which took place for the fourth time in Warsaw this week. Developers were awarded in six categories: office, shopping centre, warehouse/logistics centre, residential, hotel and revitalization. Avenue Gardens is Orco Property Group's unique residential development in the heart of Budapest, on the elegant Andrassy Avenue.
