Luxembourg-based Orco Property Group has announced that Lehman Brothers subscribed to the EUR 175 mln bonds with warrants to be issued by Orco. Lehman Brothers privately placed some of these securities with investors on March 7, 2007. The bonds have a maturity of 7 years, a coupon of 2.5% and will be redeemed after five years at 117.5% of the principal amount. The warrants will give right to issue 1.793.160 new shares until the maturity date.
