Construction of the two-phase project is scheduled to begin in early 2010 with the first guests expected to arrive as early as 2012. The second phase is scheduled for completion in 2013. Total investment in the project is estimated at EUR 100 mln. Estimated revenues for 2014 are EUR 16 mln which are later expected to stabilise at EUR 20 mln.
