Central European developer Orco Property Group said on Wednesday that it has sold 63% of the residential part of its Citadela project in Prague. In a statement, the company said that the apartments were sold shortly after the launch of the marketing programme in April and one year before completion of the project. The average price of the apartments is approximately EUR 2,100 per m[sup]2[/sup]. The construction of Citadela is led by contractors Prumstav, with financing provided by Komercní Banka.

Citadela will consist of 100 apartments ranging between 36 - 90 m2.
