Luxembourg-based Orco Property Group has unveiled details of three luxury holiday apartment projects in the Czech Republic.

Luxembourg-based Orco Property Group has unveiled details of three luxury holiday apartment projects in the Czech Republic.

The first project is the Bellevue residence in Spindleruv Mlyn located on a mountain edge. The complex is made up of 27 apartments ranging from 41 m2 to 150 m2. Nine apartments are still vacant in the residence, which was completed in the second half of 2007.

A second project also located in Spindleruv Mlyn is known as Le Mont. It is composed of two housing projects in the heart of Giant Mountains National Park and should be completed by the fourth quarter of this year. The project will provide 70 luxury housing units ranging from two to three rooms spread over 39 m2 to 71 m2.

Pivovar Vrchlabi, the last of the three projects, is set to be completed by end-2010. It is located near Vrchlabi and will offer 163 units ranging from one to three rooms spread out over 46 m2 to 177 m2.

Orco has operated in Central Europe since 1991 and currently manages assets of about EUR 2.5 bn. Its shares are listed on the Euronext, Prague, Warsaw and Budapest stock exchanges.
