Orco Property Group, the Luxembourg-based real estate developer, plans to list on the stock exchanges in Budapest and Warsaw in early 2007. Orco has been active as an investor, developer and asset manager in Central Europe since the early 1990s. It manages assets valued at EUR 737 mln. The company is already listed on Euronext and the Prague Stock Exchange.

Orco is a key player in the Budapest property market and is the owner of the headquarters of the Budapest stock exchange, website Portfolio.hu reported. The only other property companies listed in Budapest at the moment are Graphisoft Park and BIF. In 2005 Orco won the tender for the construction of the new Radio Free Europe headquarters in Prague.
