Orco Property Group has completed the acquisition of the City Gate building in the Slovak capital Bratislava. The property was formerly home to the National Bank of Slovakia (VUB). Orco plans to develop a modern shopping centre and exclusive restaurant on the ground floor. The second floor will be dedicated for A class offices. The remaining floors will be used for residential units and luxury apartments. Completion of the reconstruction is planned for the end of 2008 and total investment is estimated at EUR 42 mln. City Gate contains seven overground and two underground floors
