Orchard Street Investment Management has announced plans to hire Sarah O’Connell as asset manager, and make two associate promotions.
O'Connell will report to Richard Walters, partner and team head, overseeing the asset management of over £2 bn of UK real estate assets for the firm.
She joins from Colliers International where she acted as director since 2014.

Orchard Street has also promoted Tom Chadwick and Fergus Egan to associate, in recognition of their contribution to the company's growth.
