Specialist commercial property investment manager Orchard Street Investment Management has promoted Fergus Egan to partner.
Egan joined the business in 2014 from Universities Superannuation Scheme Investment Management, to head up Orchard Street’s retail asset management team.
Orchard Street said that the move reflected Egan's knowledge and experience in the retail sector and his strong and established relationships with retailers.

Egan is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and also holds an investment property forum diploma from the University of Cambridge.
