John Humberstone, partner at UK-focussed Orchard Street Investment Management, has left the company.
The former GE Capital Real Estate and Brookfield Asset Management professional joined London-based Orchard Street in 2010.
He told contacts, 'after 10 rewarding years as a partner, I have decided to move on to explore the next chapter', noting how the company had grown three times in size since 2010.
The company has around £4 bn (€4.5 bn) of discretionary assets under management and was started in 2004. In October 2014, MLC Asset Management (previously NAB Asset Management) became a partner with a majority interest in the firm.
Managing partner is Philip Gadsden who joined in 2013 after co-founding Gatehouse Investment in 2001.
