Orchard Street Investment Management has appointed Mark Long as head of Strategy to the business, leading Orchard Street’s research, forecasting and strategy team.
He joins Orchard Street with over 26 years of experience in the field of real estate research and strategy.
Long spent the past five years as head of EMEA Real Assets Research & Strategy at Blackrock, playing a key role in guiding the strategic investment decisions of the business’ real estate funds while providing analysis to and engaging with its existing and prospective clients.
For more than 20 years he has held senior posts in real estate research and strategy including at Aberdeen Asset Management and Invista Real Estate Investment Management.
