Dutch asset manager Orange Capital Partners has acquired two domestic residential portfolios for a total €127 mln, PropertyEU has learned.
Acting through its vehicle Vivada Properties, Orange Capital purchased the two portfolios for €108.3 mln and €19.1 mln respectively, information filed with the Dutch land registry reveals.
The bigger of the two portfolios, bought for €108.3 mln, consists of 218 single-family homes and apartments spread across the country. The vendors of the assets are vehicles linked to Mobeta BV, a private Dutch investor.
The €19 mln portfolio comprises 150 apartments in The Hague, purchased from two private investors.
The deal follows on from the acquisition in January of a portfolio of 236 homes from housing specialist Amvest for €58.5 mln.
