Dutch asset manager Orange Capital Partners has acquired a residential portfolio from housing specialist Amvest for €58.5 mln.

Dubbed the Sky portfolio, it comprises five assets with a total of 236 homes in Utrecht, Zoetermeer, Arnhem and Lelystad.

The purchase was carried out by Vivada Properties V, an Orange Capital investment vehicle.

The property in Lelystad is partly rented out to a healthcare institution. The portfolio contains relatively recent housing stock in the private rental sector.

JLL is understood to be involved as a commercial advisor, with BarentKrans acting as legal advisor.
