Optima wins go-ahead for acquisition of Lone Star’s stake in €2.3b Polish landlord GTC

Hungarian investor Optima Thursday received approval from the local competition authorities to acquire private equity firm Lone Star Funds’ 61.5% stake in Warsaw-listed CEE-focused real estate developer Globe Trade Centre (GTC).
