Marketing giant Omnicom has rented the 34,000 m2 of office space at Bankside 2 and 3 from RBS in one of central London’s largest lettings of 2014.
The financial details were not disclosed, but a 2014 Cushman & Wakefield report on global office prices put London City rents at €744 per m2, which would equate to an annual rent of more than €25 mln.
The Royal Bank of Scotland was advised by DTZ and Cushman & Wakefield. Omnicom was advised by Feld Real Estate.
