French fund manager Mata Capital and Christian charity OM France have purchased the Cube retail portfolio in France from BNP Paribas REIM for over €125 mln.
The portfolio represents more than 113,000 m2 of retail space spread across 19 single-tenant properties located in France and operated mostly by the French brands, But and Babou.
The assets benefit from a weighted average lease break of five years.
BNP Paribas REIM France was advised by BNP Paribas Real Estate Transaction and JLL, under a co-exclusive sales mandate.
