The bidding groups are S. CAPE, a joint venture between J&P Avax , GEK, Vioter and Motodynamic, Sirios Car Station Operator, a joint venture between Intracom Constructions, Eltech, Akropol Haragionis and Lambert Smith Hampton Hellas, Waterfront and a joint venture between Aegean Oil, Hellenic Environmental Centre, Majestic Marine, Oceanic Cruise Corp, Gantzoulas ATEE and Pantechniki, Italian newsagency Ansa reported.
