The JV, stated to be worth £165 mln (€195 mln), is for a 488-unit residential project in central Manchester.

Round Hill Capital said the new partnership was the first of what it hoped would be many forward funded investments.

Completion of the scheme is due for springtime 2025.

Michael Bickford, founder and CEO of Round Hill Capital, said: ‘Addressing a major supply/demand imbalance in a thriving city with strong capital growth prospects, this flagship project in Manchester demonstrates our ability to identify intelligent investment opportunities and high performing sectors across Europe with valued partners.’
