Old Park Lane Management has announced the appointment of James Cooksey as new CEO after the resignation of Tim Sketchley, who is stepping down after leading the private property investment company for 12 years and will become a consultant to the business.
Cooksey, currently the director for Central London at The Crown Estate, will take over from Sketchley from September 2021.
He has driven the growth of The Crown Estate in London over the last 12 years, playing a crucial role in the relationship with its joint venture partners, service providers, customers, local government and other stakeholders. He will remain in his current role until July.
Old Park Lane Management is a London-based private investment company formed in 1995, with more than 1.5 million sq ft of assets in the Central London market.
