The 2007 survey of EMEA office and business parks occupiers also found an increase in Wi Fi use, a decrease in desk occupancy rates and a move towards occupiers looking for naturally ventilated buildings with green energy solutions.

The third annual survey of office trends also revealed that prime city centre rates across the region have increased by 15% since 2005. London's West End was the most expensive city with top quality premises costing EUR 1,400 per square metre per year.
