Agent CBRE confirmed to PropertyEU that it has been mandated to sell the asset, which provides 86,000 m2 of space across 13 buildings as well as 2,500 parking spaces.

The asset is expected to fetch around €120 mln, according to market experts. CBRE declined to comment on the guide price for the complex.

Oaktree took control of the asset back in 2015 through the purchase of the €500 mln Project Gaudi loan portfolio from FMS Wertmanagement.
