Gergely Pados, Head of Office Agency in the firm's Budapest office said: 'This deal highlights that demand for centrally located top quality office product like Duna Tower exists within this market, and demonstrates tenants are willing to increase their profile despite the uncertainty in the wider economic climate.'

Miklós Kiss, Managing Director of Nycomed Pharma in Hungary commented: 'We are delighted to have acquired our new offices in Duna Tower as the new home for our Hungarian headquarters. The building provides flexible open plan accommodation with excellent Danube views, which was a major attraction to us. Duna Tower provides offices that suit our high-level corporate profile.'

Totalling 46,000 m2, Duna Tower consists of a three-level underground garage, a ground floor and 29,000 m2 gross leasable office space on 15 upper floors.
