Dutch real estate firm Nieuwe Steen Investments has sold five buildings in the Netherlands for a total of EUR 9.95 mln. The divestments bring the total proceeds from the company's current disposal programme to EUR 74.8 mln. The funds from the sales will be used to improve the group's debt position.

The properties include two industrial buildings in Leiden and Almere, two offices in Breda and Den Bosch and a commercial site and six residential units in Den Bosch.
