NSI has sold its Perolles 2000 property in Fribourg, completing the Amsterdam-listed real estate company's exit from the Swiss market.
The asset was sold for CHF 9.7 mln (€7.9 mln).
NSI announced in December 2011 that it had decided to dispose its four-asset Swiss portfolio.
Perolles 2000 comprises 2,267 m2 of office and retail space that generated an annual gross rental income of €500,000. The property was locally financed. The proceeds of the sale will be fully used to redeem loans.
NSI is a listed closed-end property investment company with a €2 bn portfolio of office and retail real estate in the Netherlands and Belgium.
