An investment consortium put together by Norwegian investment manager Ness, Risan and Partners (NRP) has acquired commercial properties in Gothenburg and Mölndal, Sweden, for SEK 340 mln (€33 mln) from Skanska, the international construction and property development group.
The retail-focused properties comprise a total of about 13,600 m2 and are fully rented to Mediamarkt, Airhop, Max, Sats, Arken Zoo and Sova at Torpavallen retail park in the area Munkebäck in Gothenburg, and to Axfood/Dagab and Mekonomen in the area Eklanda in Mölndal.
The properties in Eklanda were completed in 2017, while Torpavallens is a well-established and well-visited trading venue, environmentally certified according to LEED.
Wilfast assisted the buyer, and will manage the assets. The transfer of the properties is scheduled for June 2018.
