Nordic Real Estate Partners (NREP) has signed a lease with third-party logistics firm Aditro Logistics for a 40,000 m2 warehouse to be developed in Viared, Borås, Sweden.
Nordic Real Estate Partners (NREP) has signed a lease with third-party logistics firm Aditro Logistics for a 40,000 m2 warehouse to be developed in Viared, Borås, Sweden.
The warehouse will be completed by the third quarter of 2014.
The building is the first to be constructed to meet the latest sustainability standards in the extended logistics area of Västra Viared, along the highway heading to Gothenburg.
