Nordic Real Estate Partners (NREP) has acquired two logistics assets in Sweden for a total of SEK 280 mln (€33 mln).
The assets were purchased in separate transactions. They are situated in Rosersberg, north of central Stockholm, and in Eskilstuna, southwest of Stockholm, and comprise 22,500 m2 and 11,500 m2 respectively.
The Rosersberg property was sold by Swedish real estate company Kilenkrysset and is let to Dustin, an ICT e-commerce provider in Scandinavia. The Eskilstuna asset was purchased in a sale-and-leaseback transaction from Boxon, a Nordic packaging company.
NREP says it has €800 mln of assets under management with capacity to invest another €600 mln. The Nordic investor has offices in Denmark, Sweden and Finland.
