Listed firm Norwegian Property (NPRO) announced on Wednesday that it has entered into an agreement to sell an office building in the Oslo region for NOK 175 mln (EUR 22 mln). NPRO said the price is equal to the current valuation after re-measurement and 'reclassification of the property area in line with prevailing market standards'. The buyer was HBK Invest AS.

NPRO said the price is equal to the current valuation after re-measurement and 'reclassification of the property area in line with prevailing market standards'. The buyer was HBK Invest AS.

According to NPRO's website, the property at Oksenøyveien 3 at Fornebu offers more than 10,200 m2 of office space but 76% of the space is empty. The main tenant is airline SAS Braathens.

NPRO said the sale was in line with the firm's strategy to actively develop its portfolio.
