Norwegian Property has appointed Mari Thjomoe to the position of chief financial officer (CFO). Thjomoe has broad experience in accounting and finance, recently as executive vice president and CFO of KLP, one of Norway's largest players within life insurance and pension funds. At KLP her responsibilities also included the group's investment portfolio, including a significant portfolio of commercial property. She has many years of experience at public companies, was previously director of IR at Statoil, and held various management positions at Norsk Hydro. Thjomoe is a non-executive director at several other companies, including Petoro, Oslo Bors and Oslo Bors VPS Holding.
