Norwegian Property has appointed Svein Hov Skjelle as the company's new CEO, succeeding Olav Line who resigned in June.
Norwegian Property has appointed Svein Hov Skjelle as the company's new CEO, succeeding Olav Line who resigned in June.
Skjelle had already held the role of acting CEO following Line’s departure.
He was previously CFO at Norwegian Property during two separate periods, most recently since January 2010, when he joined from property company Entra.
Norwegian Property is a fully integrated office property company with 39 assets located in the Oslo area and Stavanger in Norway. The portfolio has a total fair value of NOK 16.5 bn (€1.8 bn).
